Add $NVM_NODE_PREFIX to override 'node-' prefixes
...
ability to replace tar file name prefixes with 'iojs-' when reading
dist listing from https://iojs.org/dist/
example in .bash_profile:

source ~/.nvm/nvm.sh
export NVM_NODEJS_ORG_MIRROR="https://iojs.org/dist/ "
export NVM_NODE_PREFIX="iojs"

you can then:

Rename `nvm copy-packages` to `nvm reinstall-packages`, and `--copy-packages-from` install option to `--reinstall-packages-from`
...
For #341 . `nvm copy-packages` and install option `--copy-packages-from` will continue to be supported for for at least a full minor release version.
